• Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned within this 14-day window. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. State of Return

• Products must be returned in their original, sealed, and unopened condition.
• We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery unless the product was received damaged or defective (see Section 3).

3. Reason for Return

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Damaged Product: The product was received damaged or defective.
• Wrong Product: You received an item different from what you ordered.
• Returns for other reasons (e.g., change of mind) are not permitted unless explicitly authorized by us in writing.

4. Process for Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our support team at sales@stripperclipsusa.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue (e.g., damaged or wrong product), and photos of the item if applicable.
2. Return Approval: We will respond with a return authorization and instructions. Do not ship the product back until you receive approval.
3. Shipping: You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped). Ship the product back to the address provided in the return authorization, using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

5. Process of Refund

• Once we receive and inspect the returned product to confirm it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund.
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
• Processing time for refunds is within 14 business days from the date we receive the returned product. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
• Shipping costs paid at checkout for non-stripper clip products are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. (Note: Stripper clips ship free, so no shipping costs apply to those items.)
